Refund policy

Every piece in this shop is made or finished by hand, in small numbers, so please choose carefully.

Prints: All print sales are final. If your print arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email me at amandasofiart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, and I will replace it or refund you.

Original pieces: Originals are one of a kind, so all sales are final. If an original arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, and we will work it out together through the shipping insurance.

Commissions: A commission can be cancelled and refunded until you approve the initial sketch or idea. Once the sketch or idea is approved, the work has begun and the commission can no longer be refunded.
