Shipping policy

Every order ships from San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Processing time: Prints ship within 5–7 business days. Original pieces ship within 3–5 business days, carefully packed. Commissions ship once they're finished and you've approved the final piece.

Where I ship: Every order ships within Puerto Rico and the rest of the United States only. I don't ship internationally. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

In-person delivery: If you're in the San Juan metro area, email me at amandasofiart@gmail.com to arrange an in-person delivery. You can pay with ATH Móvil.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking, and you'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way. Original pieces also ship insured.

Damaged or lost packages: If your order arrives damaged, email me at amandasofiart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. If tracking shows no movement for a long time, write to me and I'll open a claim with the carrier.
